I wanted to send you a note expressing my gratitude for all the work put in by the Laney & Duke Tampa crew to get Hill's compliant with the Bio terrorism Act. The group put in many long hours working through system processes and learning the Vocollect system as well as implementing Logimax on our account. Their attitudes were extremely positive even during some tough times when issues occurred. Randy and his group gave up many weekends this fall in order to get the facility ready and inventory relocated to support the Logimax and Vocollect installation. During the week I spent at the facility during start up, I was very impressed with everyone's attitudes about the new system and how quickly they learned the new processes.
The response from the Logimax crew (Phyllis, Lisa and John) was also a big part of the project's success. Randy's knowledge of the Logimax system made it easy for him to work with them and troubleshoot problems during the start up. This project was quite an undertaking, and your group met the challenge.
It is also greatly appreciated that Laney & Duke
agreed to amortize the cost of the project over two years for Hill's. This made things a lot easier for this project with the finance group within Hill's.
